At B-Skill Limited, we strive to provide high-quality training services to our learners. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your course. Please carefully review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Course Cancellation

If you need to cancel your course, please notify B-Skill Limited in writing via email at: [insert email address]. All cancellations must be made within 14 days of purchase. You can contact us by:

  • In writing to our registered address

Cancellation Terms

  1. 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

    • Should you wish to cancel your course, you must notify B-Skill Limited within 14 days of purchase.
    • If cancellation is not requested within this 14-day window, or if access* to the course has been undertaken at any point during this period, you will remain liable for the full cost of the course.
  2. Outside the 14-Day Period:

    • If you wish to cancel outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, B-Skill Limited reserves the right to enforce a £20 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs, provided that no access* has occurred.
    • Access* will be deemed to have occurred if the learner has logged into the learning portal and viewed any course content.

Course Access Definition

*Access is defined as logging into the learning portal and viewing any part of the course content.

Alternative to Cancellation

As an alternative to cancellation, we may consider date changes at our discretion, subject to availability. Please note that charges may apply if any financial losses are incurred due to the date change.
